Tourism development in Badung Regency has encouraged the emergence of alternative tourist attractions that integrate natural and cultural values, one of which is Taman Beji Griya Waterfall in Punggul Village. This destination offers a unique combination of waterfall scenery and spiritual tourism through the melukat ritual as its main attraction. This study aims to identify the components of the tourism product and analyze the forms of community participation in the management of Taman Beji Griya Waterfall. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants include the Village Head, tourism attraction managers, Pokdarwis, BUMDes, and local community members. Data analysis is conducted using the 4A tourism product framework (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary) and Tosun’s community participation theory (1999). The results indicate that Taman Beji Griya Waterfall fulfills all 4A components, supported by adequate accessibility, facilities, and supporting services, positioning it as a well-managed spiritual tourism destination. However, community participation remains at the semi-induced level, where local involvement is primarily operational and economically motivated, with limited participation in strategic decision-making and uneven distribution of benefits.
