The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of Notarial Law, Agrarian (Land) Law, and Contract Law, with an emphasis on the originality, specificity, and currency of the articles published in each issue.
Acta Comitas: Jurnal Hukum Kenotariatan is an online journal published three times a year, in April, August, and December. All submitted articles undergo a peer-review process, including an initial assessment by the Board of Editors and a subsequent review by the journal’s reviewers.
