FOCUS AND SCOPE

Acta Comitas: Jurnal Hukum Kenotariatan is published by the Master’s Program in Notarial Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Udayana, and is issued regularly three times a year, in April, August, and December. The journal focuses on Notarial Law and aims to contribute to the development of legal scholarship, particularly in the field of Notarial Law, by emphasizing the originality, specificity, and currency of the articles published in each issue. The journal provides a platform for academics, including students and lecturers, as well as researchers, to publish original research and scholarly works that have not been previously published elsewhere.
