PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Acta Comitas: Jurnal Hukum Kenotariatan is an electronic journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Udayana.

Acta Comitas: Jurnal Hukum Kenotariatan is published regularly three times a year, in April, August, and December. All articles published in the journal undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Board of Editors and Reviewers.

The Peer-Review Process begins with an editorial assessment to determine whether the submitted manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines and the Journal Template. The Editorial Board also conducts a similarity check using Turnitin as part of the initial assessment. Manuscripts that have fulfilled the requirements of the editorial review process are subsequently forwarded to the reviewers for further assessment.

The peer review conducted by the reviewers focuses on evaluating the substantive quality of the article and assisting authors through constructive comments and recommendations concerning the state of the art and other relevant substantive components.

Reviewers are also responsible for carefully assessing the relevance and adequacy of the legal documents, concepts, theories, and relevant previous research used by the authors in examining and analyzing the issues discussed in the article.
