Abstrak

This study aims to discuss a nominee agreement in the transfer of land ownership rights carried out by foreign nationals.. The normative method with a focus on the law is the basis for this study. The results of the study are proof of the deed of agreement containing nominee substance related to the control of ownership of the land does not have perfect evidentiary power because there is an unlawful act, and the responsibility of the notary in making a deed of agreement containing nominee substance in controlling ownership of the land is a legal responsibility based on the notary's code of ethics, criminal law responsibility, and responsibility, namely temporary suspension or dishonorable termination.
